We are at 316 W Railroad St, Sheffield, Illinois 61361, serving Sheffield, Princeton, Kewanee and the surrounding Bureau County area.
What are your hours?
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm; Wednesday 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm; Friday 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Saturday is by appointment only and we are closed Sunday.
Do you do custom butchering?
Yes. Custom processing is what we do. We process your animal to your exact cut specifications, with humane handling and careful, expert butchery at reasonable prices.
Can I buy meat retail, or do you only do custom processing?
Both. Sheffield Locker offers custom butchering and retail meat sales, so you can bring us your animal or simply buy cuts from us.
